Tip 1: Give Yourself a Dry Brush Exfoliation- do this before you shower. Exfoliating eliminates the excess skin and allows the skin to detox. This also improves blood circulation and gets rid of puffiness in the skin.
Tip 2: Rev Up Your Digestion- good skin is usually a reflection of a good digestive system. People with bad skin often suffer from an imbalance in digestive conditions. Make sure you get pleanty of water and fibre in order for your system to function effectively and not let the imbalnce arise in your skin.
Tip 3: Invigorate Sluggish Circulation – make sure you move around so that your skin does not settle in one place. Moving around will circulate your blood and move your skin to reduce bloating, puffiness, cellulite and loss of muscle tone.
Tip 4: Avoid Excess Sugar – staying away from excess sugar will have an effect on your skin. If we eat too much sugar, it will enter our blood stream and overtime it will come to the surface.
Tip 5: Eat Some Good Fats- this means you have to eat the fats your body cant do without. Not only will this help your body, but your skin as well. This is important for those with dry skin or acne. A good way to ensure you have these essential fats is to eat flaxseed and walnut oil, fish or fish supplements.
